Sign-in help
Use the six-digit code sent to your email address. A code expires after ten minutes. If a new code is needed, wait at least one minute before requesting another.
Sync help
Keep NexusNook open briefly after making changes. The web app checks for changes every thirty seconds and whenever the window becomes active. On iPhone, Cloud Sync controls are available in Settings.
Alarm help
The iPhone is the primary alarm owner. Browser reminders are optional and remain secondary. Ensure alarm permission is enabled for Nook in iPhone Settings.
